Online GP Appointments and Consultations

You can now book routine GP appointments, have a chat with us, raise any medical queries, request a fit note or receive your test results all online. It’s easy to use, secure and can save you time waiting on the phone.

And if you need to speak to a clinician about a non-urgent medical problem at any time of day, even when we are closed, you can now do that by using our online consultation service.

Frequently Asked Questions

Routine appointments are for follow-ups, reviews and appointments to see the nurse.

There are three ways you can book a routine appointment:

  • Use the NHS app on your mobile or tablet. The app is available on iOS and Android devices, and you can find it on app stores.
  • Or use our website and select Reception & Enquiries > Make an Appointment.
  • Or Call the surgery on 01977 664141 – Press option 1 appointments followed by option 1 for routine appointments.

If you need to speak to a clinician about a non-urgent medical problem at any time of day, even when we are closed, use the online consultation service. It’s quick, secure and means you no longer need to worry about calling the practice as soon as we open.

Simply input your symptoms into the form. Most requests are handled same day and you have access to reliable and trustworthy self-care information 24/7 which might save you time needing an appointment altogether.

You can also use the service to request test results, sick notes, referral letters and medical reports. Your data is secure at all times – including during a video consultation or telephone call.
